How to Care for Your Boards
Every Cutting & Charcuterie Board we make is finished with a Food-Safe Cutting Board Oil,
free from toxins and synthetics.
Cutting Board Care
To keep your Cutting Board looking great for years to come, follow these simple directions.
Hand-wash your board after each use using warm or cold water and mild soap. Try to avoid submerging the board in water and never put your board in the dishwasher.
Dry your board with a towel immediately after washing.
Apply food grade mineral oil once a month or when you feel it needs it. Let dry overnight, wipe off excess, and continue using.
Store in a dry place.
