How to Care for Your Boards

Cutting Board Care

To keep your cutting board looking great for years to come, follow these simple practices:

Avoid submerging the board in water and never put your board in the dishwasher.

Hand-wash your board after each use with warm or cold water and mild soap.

Dry your board with a towel immediately after washing.

Apply food-grade mineral oil once a month or when you feel it needs it.

Let it dry overnight, wipe off excess, and continue using.

Store in a dry place.
